The Mass Media plays an important part in our life. It gives us an opportunity to know a lot about the world`s events. It`s educate and entertain us. The media divides into : the press (newspapers and magazines) The TV The radio The internet
British press there are the 'quality' newspapers: The Times, The Independent, The Guardian, The Financial Times, and The Daily Telegraph. These concern themselves with factual reports of major national and international events in the world of politics and business, art and sport.
British press there are the ' populars ' and 'tabloids', so-called because of their smaller size. The tabloids — the most widely read of them are The Daily Mail, The Daily Express, The Daily Mirror, The Sun, and The Daily Star — concentrate on more emotive reporting of stories, often feature sex, violence, the Royal family, film and pop stars, and sport. It is often said that the popular press aims to entertain its readers rather than to inform them.

The internet The Internet is a global system of interconnected computer networks that use the standard Internet protocol suite (TCP/IP) to link several billion devices worldwide. It is an international network of networks that consists of millions of private, public, academic, business, and government packet switched networks, linked by a broad array of electronic, wireless, and optical networking technologies. The Internet carries an extensive range of information resources and services, such as the inter-linked hypertext documents and applications of the World Wide Web (WWW), the infrastructure to support email, and peer-to-peer networks for file sharing and telephony .
