                                          Little Red Riding Hood

Author-  Once upon a time there lived a small girl, called Little Red Riding Hood.

She lived with her parents beside a deep dark forest. In a cottage on the other side of the forest lived her grandmother. And in the deep dark forest lived a big bad wolf. One day the Mother asked her daughter to help.

Mum-  Little Red Riding Hood, come here, please.

LRRH-  I’m coming, Mother.  What’s happened?

Mum-  My dear daughter, I need your help. I’m very busy today.  I have got a lot of things to do. I must sweep the floor, wash the dishes and sew a nice dress for you, my sweet.  So I want you to go and visit your granny.  I believe, she is hungry and very lonely. Take her the cake, some butter and the sweet.

LRRH-  All right, Mum, I will go.

Mum-  Behave yourself and be very careful.  Don’t talk to strangers on your way to the grandmother. Bye-bye.

LRRH-   Bye-bye.

Author-  So LRRH went through the deep dark forest. She looked all around.  She was all alone and she was scared. There wasn’t a sound. Suddenly she saw the wolf.

Wolf-  Hello, little girl. What’s your name?

LRRH-  Little Red Riding Hood. And what’s your name?

Wolf-  I am Mr.Wolf. Where are you going, LRRD?

LRRH-  To my granny.

Wolf-  Oh, and where does she live?

LRRH- In a little house on the other side of the forest.

Wolf-  I see, I see. Good-bye. See you later.

LRRH-  Good-bye, Mr Wolf.

LRRH-   LRRH goes to her Granny,

               LRRH misses her a lot.

Author-  And LRRH stopped to pick a big bunch of flowers for her grandmother.  Meanwhile a lot of different animals were watching through the bushes as LRRH was talking to the Wolf.  They thought that something strange was happening  and decided to find out.

Fox- What a beautiful little girl.

Bear-   What’s your name?

LRRH-  I’m LRRH.

Bird-  What are you doing here, in our deep dark forest?

LRRH-  I am going to my Granny.

Sq.-   Where does your Granny live?

LRRH-  In a little cottage on the other side of the forest.

Bear- Why are you alone?

Cat-  You know, it is very dangerous to walk alone in the forest.

LRRH-  Why is it dangerous?

Sq.- There is a very evil and cunning Wolf in our forest.

Bear-  We are all afraid of him.

LRRH-  I met him ten minutes ago. He seemed to be very intelligent and kind.

Bear-  Oh, no. Did you tell him where you are going?

LRRH-  Yes, of course.

Sq.- It’s very bad.

Fox- Now he knows about your granny.

LRRH-  But I must visit my grandmother. I’ve got to go now.

Hare-   Be careful.

Fox-  Watch up.

Bird-   Good luck.

LRRH-  Good-bye.

All-  Bye-bye.

Hare-  We should help this pretty little girl.

Cat-  Yes, she is pretty, but careless, to my mind.

Sq.-  But how can we help her?

Hare-  What can we do?

Fox-  Let’s think it over.

Bird-  I know. We should tell the woodcutters and ask for help.

W-c-1-  Who needs our help? What’s the matter?

W-c  2-  What are you talking about?

Bird- You know, LRRH is going to her Granny.

Cat-  And she is all alone.

Fox-  And she met the evil cunning wolf.

Sq.-  And told him about her Granny.

Bird-  And where she lives.

W-c 1- Oh, I see. I believe, the girl and her Granny are in danger.

W-c 2- I think, we can help LRRH.

W-c 1- We should hurry up.

W-c 2- Yes, we can’t be late.

W-c 1-  Don’t worry. Let’s go.

W-c 2- We’ll save the little girl and her Granny.

Author-  Meanwhile the cunning Wolf  ran ahead through the deep dark forest.

At last he arrived at Grandmother’s cottage.

Granny-  Where’s my dear granddaughter, LRRH? I’m so lonely and hungry.

Wolf- Knock, knock.

Granny- I’m sure, it’s my little granddaughter. Who’s there?

Wolf-  It’s me, dear Granny. I’m  LRRH.

Granny-  Come in, please. I’m so glad to see you.

Wolf-  Oh, I’m so hungry. I want to have dinner.

Granny-  Oh, it’s a wolf. Help me. Help.

Wolf-  Oh, the granny was so tasty but I’m still hungry. I’ll wait for the girl.

LRRH-  Knock, knock.

Wolf-  Who’s there?

LRRH-  It’s me, LRRH.

Wolf-  Come in, please.  I'm waiting for you, my dear girl.

LRRH-  Good day, Granny. I’ve got a cake, some butter and a sweet for you. Are you hungry?

Wolf-  Good, I’m very hungry. Thank you. Come nearer, my little granddaughter.

LRRH-  But Granny, you look so unusual.  What has happened to you?

Wolf-  That’s OK.  I’m all right.

LRRH-  Why have you got such big eyes, Granny?

Wolf-  To see you better, my dear.

LRRH-  Why have you got such big ears, Granny?

Wolf-  To hear you better, my little girl.

LRRH-  Why have you got such big teeth, Granny?

Wolf-  To eat you up.

LRRH-  What’s the matter? Help me. Help me.

W-c 1-  It’s the wolf.

W-c 2-  Stop. Don’t  move.  Hands up.

Wolf-  Don’t touch me. You are bad Woodcutters.

W-c1-  We must catch the wolf.

W-c2-  We have got him.

W-c 1,2-  We are great woodcutters

                We are brave and strong.

Granny- Thank you very much, dear woodcutters.

LRRH-  You have saved us.

W-c1-  Not at all.

W-c 2-  We are happy to help you.

Author-  All the animals gathered to see the happy end of the fairy-tale. They were glad and sang the merry song.
