Culture
Culture in Yeravna is one of the most important factor of development of district. There are 18 clubs, the district central library, 17 libraries-branches, the children school of Art, the picture- gallery by name Z. Sampilov.
The Yeravna masters of the stage are very popular. They are Galina Shoidagbaeva, Tatyana Shoidagbaeva, Bairma Radnaeva, Bair Zirenov, Damba-Dugar Bochiktoev, Svetlana Buneeva.
Galina Shoidagbaeva(1953)-is well-known singer. She is «Queen of Soprano». She graduated from the Academy of Art in Ulan-Ude, and did fieldwork in Italy, «La Scala». G.Shoidagbaeva is popular in America, Italy, China, France, Switzerland, Japan, Korea.
She is People’s Artist of Buryatia (1985), People’s Artist of the USSR (1990).
Nowadays she is soloists of the Opera and Ballet House in Ulan-Ude.
