They are fond of sports and diet.  However, it is a matter of great concern that the number of those who have different bad habits and even addiction is also great.49

     A lot of people all over the world consider healthy lifestyle the most important goal of their existence. They are fond of sports and diet.  However, it is a matter of great concern that the number of those who have different bad habits and even addiction is also great.49

     In my opinion, health gives us possibility to live life to the fullest. To begin with, it gives us positive attitude, energy and optimism. We can cope with any difficulties, fulfill important tasks and receive bonuses at work and in studies. Secondly, keeping fit affords us to achieve success in life. We are able to travel on business, to socialize with different groups of people all over the world, to learn new things faster and better. 124

     On the other hand, some people say, that doing sports takes too much time. The interests of family and friends are more important. Instead of visiting a gym, we should spend hours with them, showing our care and support. 163

     I completely disagree with this point of view. Sport means health. Consequently, it unites people of different ages.  Playing sports games and keeping fit together train our heart and blood systems, thus we live longer and seldom get ill.   In this way, we are careful and supportive. We are happy, self-confident and determined to have a loving family, a qualified job, to live in a prosperous community.229

     In conclusion, I strongly believe that healthy people can improve life conditions of the whole society. They are eager to work, /250 (допустимо еще 25 -10%) pay taxes that are distributed between disabled, elderly citizens and mothers, bringing up children. They make our world a better place to live.272 Слова, выделенные красным, можно убрать.
