Это сценарий концерта, который проводился в рамках недели английского языка в школе НОЧУ "Школа "Разум-Л" в феврале 2019 года. Участвовали ученики 2-6 и 9-10 классов

Начало. Выходит ведущий и обращается к зрителям:

Good afternoon dear Ladies and Gentlemen. Hello, boys and girls. We are delighted to see you here, at our English language concert.

1.Right about now I would like to bring on 3 girls for you who’ll perform a Scottish patriotic song My Bonnie. (year2)

My Bonnie

2. Следующий номер представляет собой поэтический монтаж, участвуют ученики 3 и 4 классов.

We’ll carry on with   little rhymes and poems (year 3,4)

Затем следующий номер – стихотворение-загадка, читает ученик 4 класса.

And now we’d like you to solve a riddle, or do a sum, for that matter. Listen attentively – there is a catch

As I was going to St. Ives
I met a man with seven wives,
Each wife had seven sacks,
each sack had seven cats,
Each cat had seven kittens:
kits, cats, sacks and wives,
How many were going to St. Ives?

Come on, try and count up!

The answer: the person who is reciting the rhyme

3. Ученики 6 класса читают стихотворение What are little boys and girls made of?

4.  Затем пятиклассники представляют юмористическую сценку How often do you swim? основой послужило одноименное видео, в котором упоминаются наречия частотности.

 Now 5-graders will act out a sketch How often do you swim?

Voice-off. All right I just need to ask you a few questions.                      

This shouldn’t take long, I know you are busy, um…  

Frog. Frog.        

Voice-off. Yes, Frog… Now, do you always wear that hat?  

Frog. Usually…

Voice-off. We got to…      

Frog. Usually I don’t wear a hat, now I am wearing it.  

Voice-off. Right. And how often do you swim?    

Frog. Swim?

Voice-off. Yes. How often do you swim?

Frog. Oh, I swim every day, I like to swim

Voice-off. Every day, right, thank you, Frog. We’ll contact you, don’t leave town.

Voice-off. Just a few questions, Dog.

Dog. Will this take long?

Voice-off. I’ll ask you questions, please…Do you always wear that collar?

Dog. This old thing?

Voice-off. Yes.

Dog. Yes, I always wear this collar. Is that it?

Voice-off. No, that’s not it. Dog, how often do you swim?

Dog. Umm, hmm, I sometimes swim.

Voice-off. You sometimes swim…

Dog. Sometimes. Yes…

Voice-off. Thank you. Good boy! Who’s the good boy! Who’s the good doggy! Who’s the good doggy!

Voice-off. I just wanted…

Cat. I know, I know – ask some questions.

Voice-off. Do you always interrupt?

Cat. Umm… Yes, usually.

Voice-off. How often do you swim?

Cat. How often do I swim? Right… I never swim, never!

Voice-off. Then why are your paws wet?

Cat. My paws… Yes, that’s a good question. Um... they are wet, aren’t they? Well, the thing is…

Fish. His paws are wet because I always swim! That’s why his paws are wet!!!

5. Стихи. Девочки из 9 класса исполняют поэтическую композицию на тему «Времена года», одно из них стихотворение Роберта Фроста Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening.

We’d like to carry on with poems.

6. Последний номер- ученики 10 класса исполняют песню Let It Be.

 The next number will be the last one, it’s one of the Beatles’ masterpieces and we’d like to thank you all for being so wonderful. Join in!
