Rules for customers BEFORE SHOPPING
1. Plan the menu for the week. Think what you want to cook.
2. Prepare a shopping list. Knowing your menu will make it easier for you to make a shopping list, and not buy anything extra.
3. Check the discounts and loyalty cards. Many supermarkets now give different money coupons, as well as discounts on a loyalty card.
4. Eat. Hungry people in the store often buy too much extras.
5. Choose the right time. When there are too many people, you will stand in line at the checkout longer and may be tempted by chocolate bars or sweets that are specially placed there.

Supermarket Tricks
1. Tempting displace. Colorful posters and attractive pastries are specially placed in stores. This is done specifically so that customers want to buy extra.

4. Pre-packed vegetables and fruits. Usually such products are less profitable than loose ones.
5. Often, stores replace products from places you are familiar with so that you buy something more expensive.

Rules for customers in the store
1. Do not pay attention to the bright signs.
2. Carefully count if the deals that the supermarket offers you are good for you.

4. Buy loose products, they are usually tastier and cheaper than pre-packaged ones.
5. Don't buy too much food! It usually disappears before you have time to eat everything.
