Цели: проверка знаний и умений учащихся по курсу страноведения

Оборудование: 2 игровых стола, задания в отдельных конвертах, таймер, скрипичный ключ.

Ход урока

I. Вступление

А) разделить группу или класс на 2 команды.

Б) выбрать жюри из учащихся.

II. Listen to the tape and say which festival or event is being described. Choose from this list and number them in the correct order.

Hallowe’en
Easter
Christmas
St. Valentine’s Day
New Year
Guy Fawkes’ Night
Wimbledon

III. Listen again and match the following words with the festivals.

Put the words into correct columns below.
