Ant: Good afternoon, Fly! Happy New Year! Here is a flower for you!

Fly: Thank you!

Lady Bird: Happy New Year! Let all your dreams come true! Here is a box of chocolate for you!

Fly: Thank you very much! Happy New Year!

May Bug: Happy New Year! I wish you success! Here is a book for you.

Fly: Thank you.

Butterfly: Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! Here is my present. It’s jam.

Fly: Thank you. Come in and sit down.

Bee: Nice to see you, my dear Fly. Here is some honey for you. Happy New Year!

Fly: The same to you. Make yourself at home.

Grasshopper: I wish you good health. Here is my present for you. It’s a tea cup.

Fly: Oh, it’s beautiful. Thank you. Sit down, please.

Dragon Fly: Happy New Year! I wish you all the best in the New Year!

Fly: Thank you very much. Thank you for coming, my dear friends. I am glad to see you. Happy New Year!

Bee: What a nice sitting room you have! It’s large and light!

Grasshopper: And it’s clean and beautiful!

Fly: Oh, thank you. I like it too.

                                    This is a window

                                    This is a door

                                    This is a ceiling

                                    This is a floor.

                                         There is a table at the window

                                         There is a cupboard at the door

                                         There is a lamp on the ceiling

                                         There is a carpet on the floor.

Fly: Let me introduce the guests. This is Ant. He is strong. That is Bee, she works a lot. This is Lady Bird, she is kind. This is Grasshopper, he can jump high. That is May Bug, he is clever. This is Butterfly, she is beautiful. And that is Dragon Fly, she is nice.

Ant: My hobby is painting.

Lady Bird: My hobby is music.

May Bug: My favorite sport is boxing.

Grasshopper: My favorite sport is tennis.

Dragonfly: I like dancing and singing.

Butterfly:    I like flowers that are bright

                   I like flowers that are white

                   I like flowers with a smell

                   I like flowers very much.

                                                At the table

Fly: Tea? Coffee?

Ant: Tea, please. Could you pass me some milk, please?

Butterfly: Here it is.

Fly: Help yourselves to some cake, please. Can I pour you some more tea?

Bee: Yes, please. But no sugar.

Grasshopper: Can I have another cup of tea?

Fly: Yes, certainly.  Would you like some lemon?

May Bug: (spills some tea on the tablecloth) Oh, Sorry!

Fly: Don’t worry. That’s OK.

Dragonfly: What a tasty cake!

All together: Oh yes, very tasty!

Fly: Thank you.

Bee: Let’s play “Beez-z-z”.                                          A game

All together: Good idea! Let’s play! Let’s play.

Fly: And now let’s sing a song and dance!                   “Jingle Bells”

All together: Let’s sing! Let’s dance!!!

Butterfly: It’s getting late. It’s time to say “Good-bye”

Grasshopper: Thank you for a wonderful party. Happy New Year!

All together: HAPPY NEW YEAR!
