Тема: « Books in our life»

Тип урока: Обобщающий. Повторение и систематизация пройденного.

Цель урока: Формирование навыков говорения с активизацией лексических единиц по теме.

Задачи урока:

1. Практические: активизировать лексические единицы по теме, развивать умения устной речи, активизация грамматических навыков.
2. Развивающие:  развитие элементов монологической и диалогической речи, развитие творческого мышления.
3. Воспитательные: прививать любовь к книге и чтению, осуществлять нравственное воспитание, воспитывать интерес к иноязычной культуре.

Методы обучения: практический, словесный, наглядный.

Формы организаций познавательной деятельности: индивидуальная, общеклассная.

Межпредметные связи: литература

Средства обучения: учебник «Spotlight -7», электронная презентация в программе Power Point,

карточки.

Ход урока

1. Подготовка обучающихся к иноязычной речевой деятельности. Приветствие. Организационный момент.

Good afternoon boys and girls. I’m glad to see you. Let’s smile to each other. I wish you to be active, creative. Answer my question, please. What date is it today? And what is the day of the week? What season is it now?

2. Целепологание. Сообщение задач урока, мотивация учебной деятельности, настрой учащихся на работу.

Listen to the riddle and guess what it is. «They are our teachers, people buy them, people give them as presents, people go to the library to read them.

• Yes, it is a book. Today we are going to have a talk about books.

(1 слайд) Look at the first slide. The room is full of books.

What is the girl doing?

Where is she sitting?

Is she totally absorbed in reading?

Do you like reading?

Do you have many books at home?

(2 слайд) Looking at the second slide, you know different literary genres. What are they?   Ученики называют любимые литературные жанры.

(4, 5 слайды) Let’s speak about your reading tastes according to the following patterns.

What kind of reading do you prefer? (Дети перечисляют согласно слайду).

(6слайд) We learn many things by reading books. The books can be interesting, thrilling, fascinating, exciting, amusing, original, powerful, useful, unusual. You can find some new words. Listen to how to pronounce them. Repeat the words after me. (Дети повторяют слова несколько раз).Read them in pairs, please.

(7слайд) Where do you get books for reading?

Ребята могут давать разные ответы:

- I usually buy books.

-We have a rich home library.

-I draw books from our school library.

-I borrow books from my friends.

-I read e-books, I just download e-books and read them.

Sometimes we don’t find books of modern writes at the library: What do we do? What do we use?

-Yes, we use the Internet.
