Welcome to the world of English
The Letter Land
Цель: развивать умение воспринимать иноязычную речь на слух, поддержание мотивации к изучению иностранного языка.
Задачи:
познавательный аспект: использование полученных ранее знаний о культуре англоговорящих стран в новых ситуациях общения.
развивающий аспект: развитие языковых способностей к слуховой дифференциации, к развитию фонематического и интонационного слуха, зрительной дифференциации, имитации, к догадке, развитие психических функций, связанных с речевой деятельностью (мышление, память, внимание, воображение), развитие мотивации к дальнейшему овладению иностранным языком.
воспитательный аспект: воспитание личностных качеств (активность, умение работать в сотрудничестве с другими, коммуникабельность).
учебный аспект: развитие умения использовать ранее изученный лексический и грамматический материал в новых ситуациях общения.
Тип урока: комбинированный.
Оборудование: компьютер, проектор, экран, карточки-задания, картинки с изображением зверей, карточки с буквами, буквы-шляпы, клей, цветные карандаши.
Ход мероприятия
Т: Good morning, boys and girls! I am glad to see you. Ребята, я приглашаю вас совершить путешествие в волшебную страну английского алфавита The Letter Land, в которой мы познакомимся с ее жителями, узнаем, где живут буквы и
Т: Ребята, как вы думаете, на чем мы отправимся в наше путешествие?
Т: Мы полетим на воздушном шаре. Для нашего путешествия нам потребуется знание английского языка, и я думаю, за первый год обучения мы многому научились, дружный класс и хорошее настроение. Все готово? Полетели!
Children, what can you see?
P: We can see … (forest, house, river)
T: Boys and girls, who lives in the forest?
P: A fox lives in the forest.
P: A bear lives in the forest.
P: A wolf lives in the forest.
P: A hair lives in the forest.
T: Boys and girls, who lives in the river?
P: A fish lives in the river.
P: A frog lives in the river.
P: A crocodile lives in the river.
T: Boys and girls, who lives in the house?
P: A cat lives in the house.
P: A dog lives in the house.
T: Ребята, мы пролетаем над лесами The Letter Land. Кто же следит за животными в лесу?
Mr. Sound присматривает за животными, но они разбежались кто куда. Давайте поможем ему сосчитать зверей. Сколько животных по списку у Mr. Sound.
Р: Three bears
P: Five rabbits
P: Four foxes и т.д.
T: What can they do?
P: A fox can run
P: A bird can fly.
P: A bear can climb и т.д.
T: What poems do you know about animals?
Mr. Sound понравились стихи. Он поможет нам найти The Letter Land, но сначала он приглашает нас посетить The Sound House.
Can you read? Can you write?
Can you say, pronounce?

Т: Как обозначаются английские звуки?
Р: Специальными значками.
Т: Как эти значки называются, и каковы особенности их изображения?
Р: Они называются транскрипцией, пишутся в квадратных скобках.
Т: Ребята, летят пчелы! Посмотрите, каждая пчелка села на свой цветок. Какие звуки принесли пчелы?
Т: Mr. Sound очень любит стихи. Кто сумеет повторить за ним стихотворение?

Т: Давайте поблагодарим Mr. Sound и исполним для него песню «What is your name?»
Т: Нам нужно отправляться в Fairy tale Land. Mr. Sound говорит, что нам поможет найти путь сказочный герой. Только нам необходимо отгадать, кто же это. Ребята, но прошел дождь и в описании героя смыло некоторые буквы, вставьте буквы и отгадайте, к какому герою отправил нас Mr. Sound.
Т: Правильно, это Мальвина. Но она грустная. Дождь смыл не только буквы, но о цвета на сказочной полянке. Верните цвета на полянку.

T: Мальвина очень вам благодарна. Она направляет нас к Незнайке. Он считает себя великим знатоком животных. Посмотрите, что он написал.

Т: Все животные очень любят сказки. Ребята, а вы можете рассказать сказки для наших животных?
The House in the Wood
Child1: Here is a house in the wood.
A Mouse is running through the Wood!
Mouse: What a nice house! It is not small. It is not big. Who lives here? Tock, tock, tock. Nobody. I will live here!
Frog: What a nice house! Tock, tock, tock. Who lives here?
Mouse: I live in the house. I am a Mouse. And who are you?
Frog: I am a Frog. Can I live with you?
Mouse: What can you do?
Frog: I can sing.
Mouse: Come in, please!
Hare: What a nice house! Tock, tock, tock. Who lives in the house?
Mouse: We live in the house. I am a Mouse.
Frog: I am a Frog. And who are you?
Hare: I am a Hare. Can I live with you?
Frog: What can you do?
Hare: I can jump.
Mouse and Frog: Come in, please!
Fox: What a nice house! Tock, tock, tock. Who lives in the house?
Mouse, Frog, Hare: We live. I am a Mouse.
I am a Frog.
I am a Hare.
Fox: Can I live with you?
Hare: What can you do?
Fox: I can dance.
Mouse, Frog, Hare: Come in, please!
Wolf: What a nice house! Tock, tock, tock. Who lives in the house?
Mouse, Frog, Hare, Fox: We live.
I am a Mouse.
I am a Frog.
I am a Hare.
I am a Fox.
And who are you?
Wolf: I am a Wolf. Can I live with you?
Hare: What can you do?
Wolf: I can run.
Mouse, Frog, Hare, Fox: Come in, please!
Bear: What a nice house! Tock, tock, tock. Who lives in the house?
Mouse, Frog, Hare, Fox: We live. I am a Mouse.
I am a Frog.
I am a Hare.
I am a Fox.
I am a Wolf.
And who are you?
Bear: I am a Bear. Can I live with you ?
Mouse: No, you are big. Run away, run away!
“Puff-the-Ball”
Storyteller: Once upon a time there lived Puff- the-Ball. He had a grandmother and a grandfather. He loved them, but one day he ran away.
Puff-the-Ball: I’m Puff-the-Ball. I’m yellow, big and sweet.
Storyteller: He meets a Hare.
Puff-the-Ball: Hello! Who are you?
Hare: Hello! I’m a Hare. And who are you?
Puff-the-Ball: I’m Puff-the-Ball. I’m yellow, big and sweet.
Hare: Good! I will eat you!
Puff-the-Ball: Oh, please, don’t eat me! I will dance and sing for you.
Storyteller: And he runs away. Then he sees a wolf.
Puff-the-Ball: Hello! Who are you?
Wolf: Hello! I’m a Wolf. I’m grey and I’m hungry. And who are you?
Puff-the-Ball: I’m Puff-the-Ball. I’m yellow, big and sweet.
Wolf: Good! I will eat you!

Storyteller: And Puff-the-Ball again runs away and sees a Bear.
Puff-the-Ball: Hello! Who are you?
Bear: Hello! I’m a Bear. I’m brown and very strong. And who are you?
Puff-the-Ball: I’m Puff-the-Ball. I’m yellow, big and sweet.
Bear: Good! I will eat you!
Puff-the-Ball: Oh, please, don’t eat me! I will dance and sing for you.
Storyteller: And Puff-the-Ball again runs away and sees a Fox.
Puff-the-Ball: Hello! Who are you?
Fox: Hello! I’m a Fox. I have a long tail. And who are you?
Puff-the-Ball: I’m Puff-the-Ball. I’m yellow, big and sweet.
Fox: Oh, very good! I will eat you!
Puff-the-Ball: Oh, please, don’t eat me! I will dance and sing for you.
Fox: Come to me, Puff-the-Ball. I can’t hear you.
Storyteller: Then Fox eats Puff-the-Ball and runs away.

T: Всем сказочным героям понравилось с вами играть. Но вот мы на распутье. Ребята, куда нам надо идти: по указателю Green Forest или Letter Land?
Вот мы и прибыли в страну Letter Land. Какие красивые буквы!
А что могут рассказать нам буквы о себе?
A is for apples and apple-trees. You can see apples on apple-tree. | B is for books and bookcase. I have many books in my bookcase. |
C is for cat. My cat is grey, And with me it likes to play. | D is for dog and for doggy. I have a dog, not a doggy |
E is for eight and for eleven. How much is eight and eleven? | F is for flowers: red and blue. White and yellow and rosy, too. |
G is for girl, and also for garden. I see a girl going to the garden. | H is for hand. I have two hands. This is the way I clap my hands. |
I is for I. I’m a boy, and I’m ten. I like to play with my brother Ben. | J is for jam. This is apple jam. Jimmy likes it, and so does Sam. |
K is for kite. Kate has a kite. It is little, and it is white. | L is for letter. This letter is for me. It is from my sister, as you can see. |
M is for May and May Day, For March and for Mother’s Day. | N is for nine, ninety and ninety-nine. Children, how much is ninety and nine? |
O is for one. One and two is three. Three little cats are in a tree. | P is for pencils. With them I can draw: A red pen, a green tree or a blue door. |
Q is for questions: How are you? How old are you? And how do you do? | R is for red. Many things are red. What can be red? Do you know Fred? |
S is for street. This is my street. There are a lot of trees in my street. | T Is for tick and for tock. “Tick-Tock”, says the clock. |
