                           The History of School

  The history of school number 67 of Saratov has been taken the place in the XIX century when it got communiqué to establish the second men classic gymnasium. The school year of gymnasium had begun with the sixth forms with too tall numbers about two hundred high - school boys.

   Means for building gymnasium were means assign larger sums from state and the town of budget.  It was a little and then the town council decided to address to the citizens of Saratov.

     Soon the sum was got. The design of gymnasium was done by governor’s engineer A.N. Klementev (1852 - 1919).

    The first stone was put on the fundament on the 24the of September in 1900, and in 1902 confine school year in the new building. There were 14 wide classrooms, assembly hall, special equipping studies, study of physical, natural, sciences, drowning study and two libraries in it.

    Nevertheless, A. A.Kazarinov (1897 - 1907) teacher of English language formed the all traditions of gymnasium. He made like - minded persons, even after October revolution in 1917, he didn’t change them. In 1908, the director of gymnasium has been beginning his work at the begin of December from year to year the adult school children orange new -   fairy tale performances, Christmas meetings for the junior and senior students.

   As the future students our schoolchildren celebrate Tatyana’s Day. The beginnings of spring are met Russian folks holiday - Shoreline. February is anniversary of Stalingrad battle, the Day send withdraw out of Afghanistan, The Day Defender of Fatherland, handing in register certificates, holding solemnly meetings.   In that period of the time teachers of foreign languages hold the holiday Snt. Valentine’s Day. We have loved it. Celebrating of the international Woman Day is bright event   life of students, teachers and also for mothers and grandmothers of learners of our school. City scientific - practical conference ‘’Patriotic Russia’’ holds on the base of our school in the 24th of March. In this month we hold under the slogan: ‘’Defend yourself in YC’’, Children’s Defend Day - The Day of GO.

    Traditionally, became the month solider of glory were devoted the Defenders of Fatherland, watch on memory (1- 9 May) who meets with the veterans of the war, students of military institutes, are visited museums of the city.

    We will hold next district review of the contest formations and songs in May. The team of cadets became the winners. During the whole of school year we hold the days of health, schools and districts competitions of volleyball, football, swimming and athletic.

   Of course, we hold the last bell for final - year students in the 25th of May. To this day all school prepare; junior and adult students decorate school. The hold into three parts: solemnly line; the last lesson, concert.

   Traditionally, we accomplish the school year with final party in the 23d of June; where the school - learning certificate handing.

                                School Traditions

    In our school we had formed rich traditions. It is related to activities which is holding annual as a system relations forming between teachers, students and parents. These relations are characterized by collegiality and equality priorities direction to educational system of school are civil education, patriotically  education, education of culture basis on students, personality having possess civil position.

    At the beginning of the year we hold solemnity line, devoting to festival: “The Day of Knowledge”, festival is for the first year students and for the 10th forms: “Admit in own family”.

        Traditionally, the 20the   of September we celebrate the birthday of our school. In this day we hold solemnity meeting concert putting pupil’s cadet’s forms on oath MCHS:’’ The Young fireman - rescue” is organized visiting theatres, discos for adults students. We hold the holiday “The Teacher’s Day” in the 5th of October. Creative subjects periods are holding by MO promote in leading new knowledge’s and skills and develop creative potential of students.

   The Day of lysine is celebrated by students of 10th - 11th in the 19th of October. There are different nationalities children studies in our school.’’ The Day of Russia became of us traditionally. The Workshop of Jack Frost became V.B. Katterfeld (1908 -1917). He improved the material resources of gymnasium. He changed some services, set up ventilates, installed electricity. The life of gymnasium was interesting and alive and took part in all solemnities of city.

    The graduates of gymnasium drove to other abroad cities to widen their outlook. In 1918 the second gymnasium of boys was reconstructed into the second Soviet school, but then it reconstructed into single in 1920.During the second Patriotic war (1941 - 1945) here was arranged hospital, but after war were faculties of Saratov State University.

   After that in 1956 the building was passed on school number 67, where it functions present days. The build of school was under repaired, rebuilding, equipping, and fit out all the studies. The school fulfils its appointment teaching student are go in hell and modern rooms, are made all the opportunities to develop intellect, erudition of all students.

                                 Profile of Instruction

    The teacher’s collective of school is stability, some of teachers creative and incarnate their author’s programs they have own publications, publish methodic working up on subjects. There are 75 teachers work in the collective   of school. Two teachers are awarded well - deserved reward, two teaches have “Candidate roughly equivalent to Master”. 29 teachers awarded as “Outstanding of enlightenment and Member of Education”.

    The school develops and supports every student; uncover his abilities and talents, awake the desire of creation and creative inspiration. There are 46 studies and about 1100 students learn in the school. The specialization forms have made with different profiles. They are oriented students enter to the definite educational schools.   The studies are hold by teachers of classical University of Saratov, one of the oldest establishment; Saratov State University, Saratov State Medical Institute. The studies of students of the Defense - the sport profile are holding on base of sport “Promotei”.

  Annually, several graduates leave school with golden and silver medals. They are proud of school! 90% per cent graduates enter to high school education.

   Nowadays, of General School number 67 city of Saratov is surely look forward with eyes of its children!
