План-конспект урока в 8 классе по английскому языку с использованием ИКТ.

Урок разработала Сафарова Д.Р., учитель английского языка ГБОУ СОШ №608 Санкт-Петербурга

Тема: «Food».

Цель: совершенствование лексических и грамматических навыков говорения.

Задачи:

1. повторить изученный материал;
2. совершенствовать умение работать в парах и в группах;
3. развивать языковые способности и интерес к изучению английского языка.

Ход урока:

1. Организационный момент. Good afternoon, dear students! Glad to see you! Hope you are well! Let`s begin our lesson!
2. Warming-up. Guys, what do you usually eat at school? (a sandwiche, a salad, fruits, vegetables, biscuits, crisps, soup, a hot meal). Where do you get them/it from? (From my home, my school canteen, the shop). Thank you! Отгадайте загадку. It was invented in the port city of Hamburg. At the middle of last century German immigrants brought its recipe in the USA.  The English law demands only ham put in it. What`s the name of this product? (A hamburger).
3. Объявление темы и целей урока.  Our topic today is FOOD. Our aims: read & talk about ways of cooking;

learn how to express your food likes & dislikes.

4. Закрепление материала. Работа в парах.

  EGGS: scrambled, poached, roast, boiled, fried.

POTATOES: baked, pickled, boiled, mashed.

VEGETABLES: pickled, boiled, steamed, scrambled.

CHICKEN: roast, baked, grilled, mashed, fried.

RICE: boiled, fried, roast, steamed.

FISH: baked, grilled, scrambled, poached, fried.

FIND THE ODD ONE OUT IN EACH EXEMPLE.

THEN CHECK.

How do you like your meat, eggs, potatoes & vegetables?
Ask & answer, as in the example.

5. Комплекс УРУ. Here in Saint-Petersburg you have a good chance, a good possibility to taste different kind of food. Right? Can you find Chinese, Japanese, Italian, French, Spanish, American, Mexican restaurants in Saint-Petersburg? Have you ever tasted national dishes like pizza, pasta, sushi, obento, different burgers, sandwiches, hot dogs in Saint-Petersburg.

But they say that Russian cuisine is one (стр.63 T.B.)

6. Работа в группах по карточкам.

Work in small groups. Imagine that you are in the USA and you organize «A Russian Party» for American friends. So, guys, you should make some national dishes! It means that you are Russian cookers. You have got some recipes on your desks. Please, read the recipes and make them! You have some minutes.

Your dish is tasty and delicious! Wow, how have you made it?
